Alexandra combines simplicity and harmony through carefully selected local materials. The red brick base, spanning four levels, anchors the building firmly in its context while subtly evoking the historical presence of the fire station. The upper floors, clad in white brick, bring lightness and modernity to the structure.

The building opens onto the city while fostering an intimate dialogue with the adjacent residential neighborhood. A lower volume and corten steel staircase create a special connection with the fire station, enhancing the project’s identity.
