Clear anodized aluminum extrusions harmoniously shape the four-story volume on Dawson Street and the 12-story rear volume.

Bright and reflective, the latter establishes a serene dialogue with the sky and surrounding landscape, seamlessly integrating the building into its context in a fluid and respectful manner.
